How far in advance should I order?
Please order at least 2 days in advance. Flowers are sourced for each order, so a little notice means a better selection and more room to make something special.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly. Each arrangement is made individually using seasonal flowers available at the time. The photos show the colour palette, mood and overall style of each arrangement rather than an exact recipe. Some flowers may be substituted, but the character of the arrangement you chose will stay the same.
Can i request specific flowers?
You can leave a note with your order and requests will be considered where possible, but specific flower varieties can't always be guaranteed. If there's something you absolutely need, get in touch before ordering.
What sizes are available?
Each arrangement is available in different sizes. The size changes the amount of flowers and overall scale, while keeping the same design direction and colour palette.
Does the vase come with the flowers?
Not unless you add one to your order. You can add a Studio Vase to your arrangement. A vase will be selected to suit the flowers and proportions of your arrangement, so the exact shape may vary. If you add a vase, your flowers arrive already arranged and ready to display.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available within Berlin. Enter the recipient's address at checkout to see the delivery options and cost for your area.
When will my flowers arrive?
Choose your preferred delivery date when ordering. Deliveries take place within a delivery window rather than at an exact time. If you need flowers at a specific time for an event or another special situation, get in touch before ordering.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Please make sure the recipient's name, phone number, doorbell and address are correct. If nobody is home, we'll try to contact the recipient. Where possible and appropriate, the flowers may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If the flowers can't be delivered because nobody can be reached, another delivery may need to be arranged and an additional delivery fee may apply.
Can i include a message?
Yes. Add your message when ordering and it will be included with the flowers.
Can i pick up my order?
Yes — pickup in Berlin is possible by arrangement. You'll receive the pickup details once your order is confirmed.
What if i want something completely custom?
For something outside the arrangements available in the shop — a specific concept, larger arrangement, event flowers or installation — get in touch directly.
