Returns

14-day right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your piece, without giving a reason. This also applies to one-offs and to pieces made to order in one of our standard sizes.

How to withdraw
Use our Vertrag widerrufen (withdraw from contract) page, or email us at sofygstudio@gmail.com. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Sending your piece back
Please send the piece back within 14 days of withdrawing, to the address given in our Widerrufsbelehrung. You pay the direct cost of return shipping. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with. We may wait to refund until the piece has arrived back with us or you have shown that you sent it.

Custom-measured pieces
Pieces made to your individual measurements are made for you alone and cannot be withdrawn from (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

Damaged or faulty pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, your statutory warranty rights apply. Please contact us at sofygstudio@gmail.com, with photos where possible, so we can resolve it quickly.
