Processing time
Every piece is made to order. Please allow up to three weeks for your piece to be made before it ships.

Custom sizing
Custom sizing is available for every piece. Please check the size details on the product page and send accurate measurements for the best fit. Custom sizing takes up to three weeks, the same as standard sizing. Please note: pieces made to your individual measurements are excluded from the right of withdrawal (see Returns).

Shipping costs & delivery times
Germany: €7.00 (tracked, up to 5 kg), 3–5 business days after dispatch
Pickup in Berlin (10439): free
Bouquet delivery within Berlin: €15.00
EU: €15.00 (tracked, up to 5 kg), 3–10 business days after dispatch
Australia: €40.00 (tracked, up to 5 kg), 10–30 business days after dispatch. Import duties or taxes may be charged by Australian customs on delivery.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Germany, all EU countries and Australia. We do not currently ship to the UK, Switzerland or the USA.

Prices
All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout.
